Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DataLogu platform ("Service"), operated by Micro Devs L.L.C. ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Micro Devs L.L.C. governing your use of the Service.

Description of Service

DataLogu provides access to a database of business registry information from the Republic of Kosovo. The Service enables users to:

  • Search, browse, and view business registry information
  • Export business data in CSV format
  • Access business history and financial reports
  • Set up business monitoring alerts
  • Access data through our API
  • Purchase subscription plans for enhanced features and higher usage limits

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your password and account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Data Export Services

Free Exports

Users may export a limited number of business records for free in CSV format, subject to the limits defined by their account type and subscription plan. Specific limits are displayed on our pricing page.

Paid Exports

For exports exceeding free limits, users must either purchase a one-time export or subscribe to a plan that includes export allowances. Pricing is displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through Paysera.

Export Delivery

Exports are delivered via email after payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes, or spam filters. If you do not receive your export, please contact us for assistance.

Subscription Plans

Plan Types

We offer various subscription plans (Free, Premium, Pro, Enterprise) with different features, usage limits, and pricing. Full details are available on our subscriptions page.

Billing and Renewal

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your chosen billing period (monthly or annually)
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you will receive reminders before your subscription expires
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change with prior notice

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period
  • After your subscription expires, your account reverts to the free plan

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started
  • One-time export purchases are non-refundable once the export has been delivered
  • If we fail to deliver a purchased service, you may contact us for a refund or credit

API Access

API Keys

Registered users may generate API keys to access our data programmatically. API keys are personal and confidential. You are responsible for keeping your key secure, all activity under your key, and regenerating it immediately if compromised.

API Usage Limits

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas determined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.

API Terms

When using our API, you agree to comply with all rate limits, not use the API to build a competing service, not redistribute raw API data without authorization, and include appropriate attribution when displaying data sourced from DataLogu.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through Paysera, a licensed third-party payment processor
  • Prices are displayed in EUR; applicable taxes may apply in addition to displayed prices
  • You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account and purchases
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect active subscription periods

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any technical limitations, rate limits, or security measures
  • Use the data for spam, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal purpose
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained from the Service without our written authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The business information provided through DataLogu is sourced from public records maintained by government authorities in the Republic of Kosovo. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Users should independently verify any critical information before relying on it for business decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, user interface, and underlying code, is owned by Micro Devs L.L.C. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Business Data — The underlying business registry data is public information. However, our compilation, organization, and presentation are proprietary.
  • No Resale — You may not sell, resell, or license data obtained from the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Internal Use Only — Data is licensed for your internal business use only, unless you have obtained written permission for broader distribution.
  • Attribution Required — Any permitted use of our data must include clear attribution to DataLogu.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • Micro Devs L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any interruption or failure of the Service due to causes beyond our reasonable control

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Micro Devs L.L.C. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

  • You may close your account at any time through your profile settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law)

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Kosovo.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Micro Devs L.L.C. regarding the Service.
